Forensic Practitioners / Investigators (Private and corporate Investigations) is the fastest growing industry in South Africa. Forensic Practitioners can no longer be ignored by the criminal justice fraternity. Arnoldt has been practicing Industrial Relations since 2000, and by encompassing his vast knowledge of human behavior, conflict management and Labour legislation and joining his skills of being a forensic Practitioner, Arnoldt is becoming a formidable power in the combating and investigation of commercial crimes and misconduct by employees. Being fully compliant (PSIRA accredited as a Private Investigator, ACFE International and SA Chapter with the professional designation of CFE, CLI, CPI, as well as ICFP professional designation of (FP) SA), he is recognized as a fully-fledged partner with co-role-players in the Criminal Justice Fraternity.

Before even obtaining his CFE and (FP) SA credential, Arnoldt had spent hundreds of hours conducting investigations, surveillance, performing interviews, writing reports, conducting undercover investigations, chairing disciplinary hearings and presented cases at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils, as well as testifying in court. “I spent all my free time between studies and working as a private investigator, cutting my teeth on a wide variety of investigations, ranging from occupational fraud, corruption, other commercial crime investigations as well as investigations for litigation support.”

Arnoldt with nearly 20 years of Human Capital (Industrial Relations) experience, inter alia labour investigations, chairing of disciplinary hearings, attendance at CCMA and Bargaining Council Conciliation and Arbitration hearings, he is now able to add this specialist function to his clients. As nearly all commercial crimes and/or misconduct are committed by EMPLOYEES, this function was normally provided by expensive Attorneys and other Investigators, who normally do not have the required knowledge of Labour and employment Law.
